Judah Dean is a 16-year-old singer-songwriter and guitarist with an old soul and a red-clay edge, blending country storytelling with the grit and fire of Southern rock. Rooted in honest lyrics, powerful vocals, and guitar-driven music, his sound moves easily from stripped-down acoustic songs to full-band rockers built for a big stage.

Drawing from country, Americana, and rock without fitting neatly into just one box, Judah writes songs that feel lived-in and real—songs about memories that won’t let go, standing your ground, hard-won hope, and finding your way through whatever life throws at you. It’s music with dirt on the boots and an amp turned up behind it: country at the roots, rock at the edges, and honest all the way through.

Live, Judah Dean can meet the room. His solo acoustic shows bring an intimate singer-songwriter feel to restaurants, listening rooms, private events, and smaller venues, while his full-band shows turn up the guitars and energy for festivals, concert venues, and bigger stages.

Carry the Flame - A song for those who light in fire in us - In Memory of Darrin Grogan

This song was written for a man who was my mentor for 10 years.  Some people come into your life for a season, but some leave behind a fire that never really goes out.  Coach Darrin was that kind of person.  The one who believed you were capable of more than you saw in yourself.  The one who built toughness, confidence, and grit in the athletes who walked into his gym.  But the impact he had didn't stop there.  Darrin also served his community as a firefighter, standing shoulder to shoulder with the men he called brothers.  Whether it was in the gym or at the firehouse, he lived a life built on service, loyality, and believing in people.  After he passed, the lessons he left behind didn't disappear.  They live on in the people he shaped.  I wrote “Carry the Flame” to honor the legacy and the fire he lit in so many of us.  This one is for you Darrin and I will keep carrying it.
