Judah Dean is a 16-year-old singer-songwriter and guitarist with an old soul and a red-clay edge—blending gritty Americana, folk-blues, and country-rock into songs that feel lived-in and real. From backroad stories to hard-won hope, he writes for the people who’ve been through it, got back up, and kept moving. This is honest music with dirt on the boots, fire in the heart, and a sound that hits like truth—loud enough to wake you up, raw enough to stay with you.

Judah Dean is available for intimate solo acoustic sets perfect for breweries, restaurants, & private events, or he can bring the energy with a full band show for festivals, venues, and bigger stages.   Whether you’re looking for laid-back background vibes or a crowd-singing, southern-rock edge, Judah Dean can deliver. Carry the Flame - A song for those who light in fire in us - In Memory of Darrin Grogan

This song was written for a man who was my mentor for 10 years.  Some people come into your life for a season, but some leave behind a fire that never really goes out.  Coach Darrin was that kind of person.  The one who believed you were capable of more than you saw in yourself.  The one who built toughness, confidence, and grit in the athletes who walked into his gym.  But the impact he had didn't stop there.  Darrin also served his community as a firefighter, standing shoulder to shoulder with the men he called brothers.  Whether it was in the gym or at the firehouse, he lived a life built on service, loyality, and believing in people.  After he passed, the lessons he left behind didn't disappear.  They live on in the people he shaped.  I wrote “Carry the Flame” to honor the legacy and the fire he lit in so many of us.  This one is for you Darrin and I will keep carrying it.
